What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant experience working within the construction industry as a Project Manager, Ability to deliver a medium to large size project with minor support from senior staff, Excellent technical knowledge in all areas of project management, A client-centric outlook with a focus on the delivery of targets, quality and deadlines, meeting client objectives cost effectively, Ability to hold own in discussions and meetings with contractors and senior clients and other stakeholders, Ability to delegate tasks to assistants and support them on project activities
Nice to Have
Ideally Chartered or working towards Chartership
What You'll Do.
managing construction projects from outset to completion
on all aspects of the project life cycle
undertaking the day-to-day project activities of a Project Manager
Produce and undertake project governance
Negotiations with contractors to establish budgets and programmes
Manage and support the project team on snagging inspections
Ensure internal systems are kept updates e. g. finance and resource trackers and timely sign off of invoices
Internal governance such a reviews of flash reports and senior signatories on approved documents
Observe Health & Safety provision in the working environment and CDM 2015 regulations including escalating any HSE issues

project governance, procurement strategy report, budgets, programmes, lessons learnt, finance, resource trackers, invoice sign off, flash reports, senior signatories on approved documents, Health & Safety provision, CDM 2015 regulations
