**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from planning phase through transfer to manufacturing, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with objectives. * Develop, manage, and track project schedules, ensuring adherence to milestones and committed deadlines. * Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. * Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external customers to ensure alignment and effective project execution. * Act as the primary point of contact with customers, maintaining clear, timely communication and continuous follow-up. * Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful execution. * Monitor progress of technical activities, including validations, engineering builds, and process transfers. * Prepare and present project status reports to internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the medical industry. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project management and new product introduction processes. # Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, Electronic, Materials Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry or regulated manufacturing environment. * At least 2 years of experience in Project Management roles leading technical or manufacturing projects. * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. * Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams. * Intermediate to advanced English level (B+ or higher). * Knowledge of validation processes, process transfers, and regulated environments. * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within th
