5+ years’ experience in the material handling industry or site project management, Develop and manage project budgets, Perform financial analysis to evaluate a project, Project management skills, Identify resource requirements with supporting plans and justification, Client management skills, Project leadership skills, Manage across multiple work-streams and projects, Business acumen competencies, Oral and written communication competencies, Ability to solve difficult problems and create effective solutions quickly and efficiently, Time management, Deliver projects of increased scope and complexity on time and on budget, Presentation development and delivery skills, Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)

Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification
What You'll Do.
Manage Material Handling Systems medium projects
Manage project lifecycle and ensure deliverables
Manage projects with $10M+ budgets
Execute change controls
and information exchange
and reporting relationships
Support development of departmental budgets and business plans
Manage and drive changes in a project
Evaluate and compare material handling alternatives and technologies
Apply supply chain concepts
Lead external / internal projects or work streams
Provide consulting support for problem resolutions
Achieve client acceptance of deliverables
Develop closed-loop communications for project stakeholders
Understand development needs in self and others
Provide leadership as a Resource Manager
