What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–7 years of project management experience within fast paced or cross functional environments, Experience managing different types of projects using blended waterfall and agile approaches, execution discipline with excellent organisational and tracking skills, Ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or evolving workstreams, Proactive approach to risk, dependency and stakeholder management, Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and driving accountability against agreed actions and timelines, Flexible and adaptable working style with the ability to adjust approach based on project needs, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross functional teams, Demonstrates good judgement, professionalism and a continuous improvement mindset, Ability to operate independently while maintaining a high level of quality and polish in delivery and communication
