What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in IT or relevant discipline, minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, Minimum 9 years of experience in Project, Minimum 9 years of experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams in international ICT project environments, Minimum 9 years of experience presenting complex ICT project plans, progress reports, and outcomes in English to stakeholders, Minimum 5 years of experience in working in an international environment and/or 2 years in EU institutions or, Minimum 5 years of experience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably in a public/government, Minimum 5 years of experience in standard project management tools such as MS, Experience in managing minimum five (5) end to end projects involving Commercial-off-the-Shelf software deployments, Cloud deployment, incremental software delivery, ICT infrastructure deployment, and/or service integration with external, Good knowledge of planning and estimation, Good knowledge of MS office including PowerPoint timelines and schedule, Good knowledge of structured approach to incremental software integration projects working with system integrators, Good knowledge of infrastructure projects, Good knowledge of Public IT procurement, (EU) tendering processes and contract management throughout project lifecycles, PM Certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI PMP, PM2 Certified, Excellent command of the English language

Enterprise service bus integration with internal and external services will be considered an, projects with a scope to deliver (virtual) infrastructure, connectivity and environments is considered an
What You'll Do.
Manage and be accountable for a series of projects
Strengthen project governance implementation
Ensure that all relevant project management documentation is in place
Manage the implementation of information systems
Facilitate the production and approval of project deliverables
Track and monitor project implementation
Participate in identification and handling of dependencies
Monitor of the budget and resources available to the project
Supervise the delivery of products and services by external suppliers
