Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, Minimum 4 years of project management, business analysis, or Software Development Lifecycle experience in IT or related fields, Mandarin Language fluency, understanding of predictive project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall), Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence), Excellent communication and facilitation skills, Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, Proven track record of supporting team performance and achieving project goals, Experience working with early maturity project teams and guiding them through project management practices
Nice to Have
