8+ years of project management experience in IT, Solid understanding of HR and recruiting principles, Solid understanding of enterprise integration platforms, Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Experience with tools such as JIRA/Confluence, Experience with tools such as Apptio/TargetProcess, Experience with tools such as Workday, Excellent communication skills, Ability to build stakeholder relationships and manages expectations effectively

Nice to Have

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Tech stack deployment at client. This project aims to shift current functionality from varying systems with overlapping functionality to streamline the tech stack. There may be smaller Workday/Workday adjacent work that may be incorporated into the Project Management duties as well. Talent Acquisition Tech Stack Paradox to Phenom (75-100%): This role will be responsible for driving the design and delivery of a streamlined Talent Acquisition software landscape. The desired outcome is to minimize swivel chair experience for recruiters. Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of the project. Execution: Rigorously drive the planning, design, and execution assigned projects (including but not limited to status reports, risk logs, cutover plans, etc.). Act as the bridge between technical teams (Architecture, Security, IT Operations) and business units (Legal Operations) to translate technical constraints into business impacts as needed. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leads, IT product owners, and external partners to ensure requirements are captured and delivered against the project charter and scope. Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track CapEx/OpEx allocations, and support teammates with expense reporting guidance, including handling Project Change Requests (PCRs) for scope or budget variances.
