Eligibility Requirements

Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary., Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary., Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary., Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary., Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary., Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary., For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary., For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required, as driving is an essential job function.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of project management experience in IT, Solid understanding of HR and recruiting principles, Solid understanding of enterprise integration platforms, Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Experience with tools such as JIRA/Confluence, Experience with tools such as Apptio/TargetProcess, Experience with tools such as Workday, Excellent communication skills, Ability to build stakeholder relationships and manages expectations effectively

Nice to Have

Experience within HCM systems or ERP implementations, Experience with AI, Experience with Phenom, Experience with Paradox, Product experience a plus

What You'll Do.

Lead and support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Tech stack deployment

Shift current functionality from varying systems with overlapping functionality to streamline the tech stack

Drive the design and delivery of a streamlined Talent Acquisition software landscape

Minimize swivel chair experience for recruiters

Lead end-to-end delivery of the project

and execution assigned projects

Act as the bridge between technical teams and business units

Translate technical constraints into business impacts

Manage project budgets

Track CapEx/OpEx allocations

Support teammates with expense reporting guidance

Handle Project Change Requests (PCRs) for scope or budget variances

Onboard and manage resources

Build and maintain project schedules

Maintain project documentation

Lead planning for document extraction

Ensure 100% document integrity and compliance with retention schedules

Manage relationships with external document migration implementation partners

Ensure deliverables meet SOW requirements

Generate status reports and dashboards

Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit readiness

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as the bridge between technical teams (Architecture, Security, IT Operations) and business units (Legal Operations); Collaborate with business leads, IT product owners, and external partners; Work with internal teams to onboard and manage resources; Support teammates with expense reporting guidance

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills; Ability to build stakeholder relationships and manages expectations effectively
