What You'll Achieve.
Shift current functionality from varying systems with overlapping functionality to streamline the tech stack; Minimize swivel chair experience for recruiters; Ensure requirements are captured and delivered against the project charter and scope; Ensure deliverables meet SOW requirements; Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit readiness; Ensure 100% document integrity and compliance with retention schedules

Translate technical constraints into business impacts as needed
Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary., Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary., Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary., Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary., Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary., Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary., For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary., For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required, as driving is an essential job function.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of project management experience in IT, Solid understanding of HR and recruiting principles, Solid understanding of enterprise integration platforms, Experience with ServiceNow, Experience with JIRA/Confluence, Experience with Apptio/TargetProcess, Experience with Workday, Excellent communication skills, Ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage expectations effectively, PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
Nice to Have
Project management experience preferably within HCM systems or ERP implementations, Experience with AI, Experience with Phenom, Experience with Paradox, Product experience a plus

Lead and support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Tech stack deployment
Drive the design and delivery of a streamlined Talent Acquisition software landscape
Minimize swivel chair experience for recruiters
Lead end-to-end delivery of the project
and execution assigned projects
Act as the bridge between technical teams and business units
Collaborate with business leads
and external partners
Manage project budgets
Track CapEx/OpEx allocations
Support teammates with expense reporting guidance
Handle Project Change Requests (PCRs)
Work with internal teams to onboard and manage resources
Build and maintain project schedules
Maintain project documentation
Lead planning for document extraction
Manage relationships with external document migration implementation partners
Reporting status reports
Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit readiness
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as the bridge between technical teams (Architecture, Security, IT Operations) and business units (Legal Operations); Collaborate with business leads, IT product owners, and external partners; Work with internal teams to onboard and manage resources; Support teammates with expense reporting guidance; Manage relationships with external document migration implementation partners

Excellent communication skills; Ability to build stakeholder relationships and manages expectations effectively
