As a Sales Team Member, you will manage customer inquiries, prepare accurate and timely quotes, coordinate purchase orders, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for delivering solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing business margin and ensuring strict adherence to company processes. Additional duties will include: * Interpret complex information including engineering packages to determine customer requirements and offer solutions that create high levels of customer satisfaction * Create accurate and professional quotations packages from customer specifications/drawings using applicable software * Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with both vendors and customers; expedite orders when required * Prepare accurate quotes based
