The **Project Manager** is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer projects from **order intake through to customer training and final handover**. This role combines **project management and site management responsibilities** , ensuring projects are delivered **on time, within scope, within budget** , and in line with customer expectations, regulatory standards, and company requirements. You will act as the **primary point of contact for the customer** , coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing delivery activities throughout the project lifecycle. # **Key responsibilities** ### ## Project management * Lead and manage the execution of projects, ensuring all objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resourcing, risk management, and progress tracking * Ensure clear and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle * Monitor performance, proactively identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as required * Manage project budgets and oversee effective allocation of resources ## Site management * Ensure site readiness prior to installation, including infrastructure, logistics, and safety requirements * Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards across project sites * Quickly troubleshoot and resolve site‑related issue
