What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience managing construction or property projects from feasibility through to completion, understanding of construction and project management processes, Experience overseeing design, procurement and construction phases, A relevant qualification in project management or a related discipline and professional membership such as RICS, CIOB, CIBSE or APM, commercial awareness and numeracy skills, Confidence using IT systems to manage projects and reporting, British residency for the last five years
