4+ years experience managing IT projects, Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, Experience working across IT delivery environments such as applications, digital, Sound understanding of project management approaches including Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery, Communication and stakeholder engagement skills, Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
