Must Have
10 years of project management experience within food, beverage, pharmaceutical, consumer or household products, or personal care industries, A solid understanding of process systems, utility, packaging systems, controls, equipment procurement, and project installation, training, and start-up, Experience delivering projects on budget and schedule, managing complex scopes, managing client interactions, and supervising contractors, The ability to simultaneously organize and execute multiple project responsibilities, Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with clients and suppliers in engineering and operational environments, The ability to develop, maintain, and grow solid client relationships and new business opportunities, A willingness to travel for project requirements including project installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions, A bachelor of science in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering
