THE JOURNEY: * Act as the primary liaison between Regional teams and HQ, mastering the art of stakeholder management to ensure seamless project execution and alignment. * Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate regional performance, turning raw data into actionable strategic initiatives. * Design and deliver high-impact presentations and dashboards, translating complex insights into clear "calls to action" for diverse audiences. * Constantly challenge the status quo by auditing existing processes and implementing frameworks that raise the bar for the entire Commercial team. * Lead end-to-end projects with a "get things done" attitude, ensuring every detail is accounted for and every deadline is met. ## Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE RIDE: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar. * Proven experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Big Four (Audit/Advisory) environments. * Top verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. * A data-obsessed profile with professional command of Excel, SQL, and Looker. Salesforce knowledge is a strong plus. * Obsession with detail and the ability to manage complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment. * An empathetic and inclusive attitude, with the resilience to navigate a high-growth startup.
