Critical Mass is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are a strong communicator who can navigate complexity, build relationships, and drive projects forward from initiation through completion. This position requires full on-site attendance, five days per week, at the Barreal office (Heredia, Zona Franca Metropolitana). You will: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation through completion. Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate project meetings, drive discussions, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and clients. Manage project scope and proactively address changes, risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Track project health through budget management, timeline adherence, resource allocation, and overall progress reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Technology, QA, Production, and Account Management. Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible to all stakeholders. Support project intake, scoping, estimation, and resource planning activities. Prepare and communicate regular project status updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. Partner with clients to understand objectives, align expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
