Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of enterprise-wide system implementations and transformation initiatives, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), P2P (Procure-To-Pay), and FMS (Financial Management System). You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution—ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders, managing vendors, and driving delivery excellence across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. This role requires a structured, governance-driven approach with strong stakeholder engagement and experience managing complex, cross-functional programs. You will be responsible for: Project Management and Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise system implementations (Eg: ERP, CRM, FMS, S2P) and related transformation initiatives Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans aligned to business priorities Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance artifacts Ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget through proactive planning and execution Identify and proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), driving timely resolution and escalation of critical concerns Oversee integration and data migration activities, including planning, dependency management, execution, and coordination across systems and vendors Maintain high
