5 years of IT-based project management experience, 5 years in a customer facing role in a Professional Services or a consulting organization, Ability to understand high level system architecture and technical design, Extensive project leadership experience in a Software Product organization, Experience in running complex projects and programs for enterprise customers, Excellent time management and efficient working practices, Proficiency working in a dynamic environment managing multiple client projects, Excellent oral/written communication and organization skills
