Must Have
Higher degree in Engineering (Mechanics, mechantronics, biomedical, software or the like), A few years of experience as a project engineer, system architect or project manager in the technical, interdisciplinary hardware development preferably in the life sciences field, Broad scientific interest and knowledge (physics, chemistry, biology, ….), Analytical skills, Project management skills, People management skills, Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written, Flexibility, Ability to adapt to new plans, Ability to handle pressure

We currently are looking for a talented and passionate project manager like you, who can lead the development of new, disruptive products together with our clients. Then perhaps you’re the M/F/X we’re looking for. **What does this mean?** You will lead the project from the initial idea to the final production version, and everything in between: brainstorming, concept design, prototyping, testing and industrialization, ... You effortlessly abstract function blocks from complex system architectures, map out an overview, and methodically align a development roadmap against it. You are responsible for the entire project event: general planning, planning the project team, financial follow-up, setting up and keeping project plans up-to-date, etc ... You are the point of contact for the customer. You understand his needs and make every effort to arrive at the optimal innovative product for him. You manage all project resources: your Comate colleagues but also partners, suppliers, freelancers, ... You are also responsible for the support on conformity testing of our new concepts, prototypes and pilot production so that they are in accordance with internal and external standards (Mechanical & laser safety, EMC, QMS, medical device SW) As a project manager you also have an important role in propagating our values and standards. **Requirements** **Sounds great!
