Must Have
Proven experience delivering complex software or SaaS implementation projects end-to-end, Foundations in project management methodologies, governance, and delivery discipline, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, Experience delivering projects to defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes, Exceptional stakeholder management skills across customers and internal teams, Ability to lead in a matrixed environment without direct authority over resources, High level of confidence communicating with senior client stakeholders and internal leaders, Experience with risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution, Understanding of SDLC, Organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills, Self-driven mindset with accountability for outcomes and minimal supervision, Experience working in medium to large, structured technology organisations
Nice to Have
Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery approaches, Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
