5-6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the heavy mechanical, industrial, or commercial construction sector., Extensive knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and sheet metal systems, commercial construction, and union labor practices., Proven experience in managing large-scale projects ranging from $500K to $5M in value., expertise in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract administration., Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite., leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills., Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., understanding of union labor coordination, track record of successfully managing large-scale, time-sensitive projects
