What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience, Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries, Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
Nice to Have
Science Degree and/or apprenticeship or 1 - 6+ years of equivalent work experience, Working knowledge of Project Management, Ability to work in a multi-national team with language requirements depending on work location, Ability to lead teams that may involve multiple sites, Leadership skills, Negotiation skills, Presentation skills, Facilitation skills, Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, Proven communication skills – written and verbal
What You'll Do.
Lead and manage projects
Support mentoring and training of other PMs
Promote continuous improvement in all aspects
Coordinate with sales
Act as single point of contact for the client
Prepare and manage a Project Plan
Lead meetings with client and internal teams
Deliver project within timeline and budget
Provide notification of milestone completions for billing
Support training of other PMs and Project Coordinators
Take on additional assignments for the department
Speak to all Catalent business services
Promote Catalent at client meetings
Work with sales to win new business

Support or lead PM teams, cross site teams or functional teams; Coordination with sales, operations, client services, and QA; Facilitate responses to Customer questions; Lead meetings with client and internal teams; Work with sales to win new business
