Manages day-to-day project operations
and stakeholder communication.
Ensures all project work follows PMO methodology
and documentation requirements.
Tracks project progress
Prepare regular project status reports for the Program Manager or Head of PMO.
Supports PMO governance requirements (stage gates
documentation audits).
and deviations early and updates mitigation and response plans.
Escalates critical risks or delays to PMO leadership in a timely manner.
Manages approved scope changes following PMO procedures.
Ensures impacts to budget
or quality are documented and communicated.
Ensures proper handover of deliverables to operational teams.
Completes closure documentation and contributes to PMO lessons-learned activities.
Confirms achievement of project objectives and remaining follow-up actions.
