Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis. Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring project delivery meets client expectations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth. Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing processes. Provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
