What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience managing industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or large infrastructure projects, understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and field inspection practices, Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Professional Engineer (P. E. ) or equivalent licensure, Familiarity with fast‑tracked construction, brownfield sites, active manufacturing environments, or phased shutdowns, Experience supporting large capital programs for OEM or industrial clients, Primavera P6, PMIS, or similar tools, Ability to navigate web‑based construction management platforms

Act as client-side representative
Support execution of capital programs
Analyze project scope
Oversee development of budgets
Monitor financial performance
Provide oversight of design development
Review engineering drawings
Oversee on-site construction activities
Monitor contractor compliance
Coordinate material deliveries
Implement and enforce HSE requirements
Coordinate work across personnel
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interfacing directly with OEM leadership, design teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies; Representing AtkinsRéalis’ multidisciplinary capabilities; Coordinating with project controls, estimating, and scheduling teams; Coordinating work across engineers, construction managers, inspectors, and project controls personnel; Supporting knowledge transfer across project teams
