### **Job Description** ## Overview ## The Project Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of design review, procurement, construction, T&C and handover. ## Your role ## * Project execution and administration using established work processes and company quality management systems. * Leading interactive planning sessions and establishing project schedules. * Risk identification and establishing project risk register. * Liaising with the client and stakeholders to ensure all client requirements related to the work packages are met, in accordance with company procedures. * Managing all employees under your report to ensure they are working efficiently and completing tasks correctly. * Assist in all procurement/contract administration activities, including but not limited to preparing technical specification, reviewing, and analysing submissions, preparing reports, negotiating with tenderers/contractors, chairing and writing minutes, administering awarded contracts and closing final accounts for awarded contracts. ## About you ## * Degree Holder in Engineering or relevant discipline. * Minimum 8 years of experience as PM/APM. * Experience in Cleanroom & Production Plant Construction and have good technical capability on Design, Procurement, Construction and execution including CSA, MEP, Controls, Safety and Quality. * Rewards & benefits ## Rewards & benefits ## Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
