What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS in Civil Engineering, 7+ years’ experience in land development, Professional Engineer (PE) license required, written and verbal skills are required, Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook required, excellent driving record, valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
Plan drafting experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred, 7+ years’ experience in land development type projects preferred

Coordinate with permitting agencies
Write technical reports
Write project summaries
