The **Project Manager** will: * Perform project management for an HLS thermal control system prototype and development project * Manage the overall efforts related to systems engineering, project engineering, test engineering and logistics engineering * Manage the project team and their activities * Provide budgeting, forecasting and cost estimating support * Monitor cost performance for the project against the established plan * Develop and maintain financial reports * Develop and manage project schedule * Oversee the development of procedures, work instructions and process flows * Manage project risks and opportunities and ensure that a structured risk and opportunity process is followed * Assess how program level changes impact project requirements and execution * Interface frequently with inter-organizational disciplines, NASA personnel, and vendors * Work with the lead systems engineer to meet technical and performance goals * Perform other duties as required​ **Requisition Qualifications:** _This position has been posted at multiple levels.
