Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related, 7+ years of experience in aerospace engineering, program management, or project management, 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional engineering or aerospace programs, Understanding of aerospace product development, manufacturing, testing, and certification processes, Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or equivalent, Excellent leadership skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent presentation skills, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
Master's Degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Experience with commercial aerospace, defense, space systems, propulsion systems, avionics, or aircraft structures, Knowledge of aerospace quality standards such as AS9100, Knowledge of regulatory requirements from the FAA, EASA, or DoD, Experience with risk management, Experience with configuration management, Experience with systems engineering processes, Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
