Must Have
Proven experience as a Project Manager in fast-track retail construction, ability to manage compressed schedules and high-pressure timelines, Background in preconstruction (budgeting, scheduling, scope development), communication and client-facing skills, Comfortable using construction management software and digital tools
Nice to Have
Experience working in live/occupied retail environments, Multi-site or national rollout experience, Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
What You'll Do.
Lead retail construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
Own project schedules
and overall performance
Manage preconstruction efforts including budgeting
and risk identification
Coordinate subcontractors
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
and project documentation
Collaborate with architects
Support post-completion service and client follow-through
