What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7-9 years' construction management/delivery experience (in projects over 30, 000 m2)

Nice to Have

A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical/electrical/civil project management or architecture is a plus, Ideally, you have experience working for a data centre operator and/or fast track, large scale projects in a GC/consultant/developer capacity
