Project Structuring / WBS Definition, Scheduling, Milestones tracking, Risk and Opportunity Management, Project Cost Control, Contract Change Management, Financial review consolidation, Project internal and external reporting, KPI’s and project trend charts, Maturity Gates, Configuration management, Contractual data management, Development and Management plans
