Must Have

1–3 years of project management experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment, 1+ years of experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, LucidChart, or Figma, Proven ability to manage small- to medium-scale projects and deliver under tight deadlines, Experience in client-facing roles, managing stakeholder expectations effectively, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for transforming client needs into actionable plans, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field, Project Management Certification (CAPM)

What You'll Do.

Develop and manage a high-volume portfolio of implementations

and maintenance projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

Proactively identify and manage project risks

Develop and implement risk mitigation plans

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Engage with key stakeholders to understand their requirements

providing expert advice on grant management strategies and product capabilities

Work directly with customers to define and document high-level business requirements and detailed requirements

Align customer goals with product functionality

managing customer expectations about product capabilities and enhancements

Participate in cross-functional team activities

including requirements gathering and business process modeling

Guide technical teams in developing and implementing system configuration

and enhancements to deliver specified business outcomes

Assist in designing end-user interfaces specific to client programs

Lead the quality assurance process and oversee the quality control process to ensure all solutions meet rigorous standards before client review

Develop and oversee functional and user acceptance testing to ensure the final product operates according to contract specifications

Track business operational metrics

including capacity modeling and implementation efficiency

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports to both internal and external stakeholders
