Full Job Description

Every other day, somewhere in our region, a new hotel opens its doors. From the first architectural sketch to the moment a guest checks in, a project team makes it happen – on time, on budget, and on brand. We're looking for a Project Manager to join Accor's Design & Technical Services Team in Budapest and help bring these projects to life across 19 countries. ABOUT ACCOR Accor is one of the world's leading hospitality groups, with over 5,800 hotels across 110 countries and more than 45 hotel brands — from economy to ultra-luxury. Our Design & Technical Services team based in Budapest supports hotel openings, renovations and conversions across Eastern Europe, working directly with owners, architects and operators to ensure every project meets Accor's brand standards and exceeds guest expectations. THE ROLE This is a project management-focused position within the Design & Technical Services function. You'll coordinate complex hotel projects across the region from Economy brand to Premium brand – managing timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and documentation – while maintaining an understanding of construction and design processes. You'll work with real autonomy and direct access to hotel owners, architects and consultants. The role is based in Budapest with on-site visits across the region based on Technical assistant contract agreed with hotel owners. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Manage hotel projects across Eastern Europe – construction, renovation, conversion – from the first planning meeting to the final room inspection as owner advises. * Review project plans, timelines, milestones, budget frameworks and consultant responsibilities; track progress and proactively manage risks and delays * Coordinate all stakeholders – hotel owners, architects, interior designers, engineers and internal Accor teams – facilitate alignment and hold everyone accountable for their deliverables * Lead the selection and management of external consultants: define scopes, negotiate fees, and ensure qu
