Proven experience delivering projects within fund services, registry, or investment operations in a regulated financial services environment., end-to-end project management capability across complex operational and technology-enabled initiatives., Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities., Solid understanding of operational risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks (APRA/ASIC)., Experience supporting automation, platform transitions, operating model change, or large-scale process improvements., planning, reporting, and communication skills, with attention to detail and delivery discipline.

Nice to Have
