Must Have
Proven experience delivering projects within fund services, registry, or investment operations in a regulated financial services environment., end-to-end project management capability across complex operational and technology-enabled initiatives., Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities., Solid understanding of operational risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks (APRA/ASIC)., Experience supporting automation, platform transitions, operating model change, or large-scale process improvements., planning, reporting, and communication skills, with attention to detail and delivery discipline.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with registry or fund administration exposure to SS&C platforms (e. g. HiPort, Trust Architect) is highly regarded., Relevant tertiary project management certifications (e. g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) viewed favourably.
What You'll Do.
end-to-end management and delivery of operational change
transformation projects across Transfer Agency and Fund Administration within the APAC Asset Services business.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through to implementation and transition into BAU.

Ensure projects comply with internal policies
and external regulatory obligations (including APRA CPS 230 and ASIC requirements).
Prepare governance packs
and status updates for project and operational forums.
Maintain continuity of critical operations throughout delivery and change activities.
Manage delivery elements involving third-party vendors
and Transitional Services Agreements (TSAs).
Track contractual milestones
and dependencies in partnership with Legal
or integration activities where required
