Must Have
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, business, or a related field, Mid level PM required. Around 4+ years’ experience, with at least 1+ year supporting or managing IT projects, Experience working in IT delivery environments (specifically applications), A solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, PMP or Hybrid), communication skills — you can work comfortably with technical and non‑technical people, A curious, proactive learner who enjoys improving how things are done
Nice to Have
Experience working in or with government or regulated environments – highly desirable, Familiarity with public‑sector governance, reporting, or assurance processes – highly desirable, Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum
