What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, business, or a related field, Mid level PM required, Around 4+ years’ experience, at least 1+ year supporting or managing IT projects, Experience working in IT delivery environments (specifically applications), A solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, PMP or Hybrid), communication skills — you can work comfortably with technical and non‑technical people, A curious, proactive learner who enjoys improving how things are done
Nice to Have
PM with a mix of Agile, Scrum and traditional PM skills needed, Full working rights needed, preferably worked in a scrum as well as a traditional PMP environment, Ideally experienced with Scrum (structured sprints, managing scope and delivery) along side standard PM discipline—handling the full lifecycle from the initial SOW through to tracking project financials, budgets, and reporting, Experience working in or with government or regulated environments – highly desirable, Familiarity with public‑sector governance, reporting, or assurance processes – highly desirable, Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum
