What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 Year degree in Construction Management or Engineering discipline, 6 years in semiconductor or high-tech related construction experience, 4-year Professional degree in construction management/engineering and 2 years in semiconductor or high-tech related construction experience, 2-year technical degree and 4 years in semiconductor or high-tech related construction experience, L1 PM shall be able to demonstrate pursuit of PMP certification

What You'll Do.
Lead construction scope as owner
Ensure deliverables met
Ensure final cost reports accurate
Assist Tool Install Manager and Finance close-out project
Manage efforts to clear project areas
Implement efficiencies and Lean activities
Forecast and reconcile monthly budget
Provide constructability consultation
Manage Requests for Information
Manage construction scope change control
Escalate to Management when project at risk
Summarize information into documents or emails
Prepare concise presentations
Provide input and feedback on performance
Work collaboratively within integration team
Build and sustain Culture of Success
Provide timely and accurate schedule updates
Manage trade contacts
Ensure build in accordance with specifications
Provide weekly Construction Progress Updates
Develop mitigation plans
Monitor and verify quality of deliverables
Validate installations meet standards
Validate installations meet "Copy Exact" criteria
