Combine your passion for construction management and healthy living under one roof while building the career of a Life Time. _**Position Summary**_ As a Project Manager based out of our Corporate Office, you are responsible and accountable for ensuring that each project meets the goal of being first in class, on schedule, at or below budget, safe, and promotes teamwork, communication, leadership and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager is the direct point person for the duration of the project with internal and external relationships to ensure the quality of care is executed. _**Job Duties/Responsibilities**_ Safety * Implements collecting insurance and safety requirements prior to mobilization * Supports project milestone safety achievement meetings * Implements a culture to recognize and correct safety infractions * Understand the Injury / Incident Reporting Guidelines Quality * Responsible for managing conformance of plans and specifications * Collaborate with field staff to ensure observations, RFI’s and submittals are processed and closed in a timely manner * Assists in managing subcontractors punchlist completion Cost Control * Support maintaining the following: * Owner PRs * GC Budget * Subcontract COs * Owner COs * Invoices * RFI & Submittal Cost Impact Scheduling & Site Management * Supports field team with schedule adherence * Supports PM with submittal processing and procurement of all project material * Support BIM coordination, startup and commissioning, and project close
