Project Management Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking an **Associate** or **Experienced Project Management Specialist** to support the change incorporation plans related to the **767 and 777 Airplane Programs** in **Everett, Washington** on **First Shift**! **Position Responsibilities:** * Support program initiatives to provide compliance and visibility to change-related activities * Perform Project Management activities to achieve project completion * Produce project visibility artifacts that are shared with Program Leadership * Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project completion * Manage Change Approval processes, requirements, and thresholds * Produces metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program * Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * (Level: 2) 1+ years of experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects * 1+ years of experience working with databases, data collection and preparation, and data interpretation * 1+ years of experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role. **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** * (Level: 3) 5+ years of experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects * Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools * 3+ years of experience with program oversight, project management tools & metrics reporting * Experience working on airplane programs or supporting the production system * Familiarity with sustainability concepts * Experience in using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) * Project Management Certificate or Training * Ba
