Must Have
Extensive and proven ability to work in various functions of management and statutory accounting, Good knowledge of project accounting with experience in supporting contract trading and governmental long-term projects, Experience in working in a business with full P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash responsibility, Financial qualification with a minimum of 3 years PQE, Some experience in ERP implementations with the ability to lead the finance workstream
Nice to Have
Possesses cross functional thinking, interpersonal and negotiation skills to work effectively within a business team, Able to set and manage own priorities and able to manage simultaneous deliverables, Hands on experience of financial accounting, for example Monthly Closing, Accounts Payable, Account Receivable and Cash management, background in MOD accounting and a manufacturing or repair & overhaul business, Flexible to travel

The project accountant will work closely with the Finance Manager and Powerfield management team to provided targeted support for budget, forecasting, actual reporting and strategic planning initiatives. This support role will help business leaders in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness and performance of the business.
