Coordinate staffing and workload
Supervise large project staffs
Mentor junior project managers
Develop and enforce best practices
Participate in development of strategies
Facilitate post-project evaluations
Implement QA/QC procedures
Lead and manage projects

Track financial aspects of projects
Coordinate work effort with team
Work with leadership for reviews
Establish client relations
Involve with marketing
Involve with contractual meetings
Involve with design meetings
Involve with production meetings
Maintain relationships with leaders
Maintain relationships with stakeholders
Maintain relationships with vendors
