Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward. **Location: Gurgaon** ### 🔹 **Role Summary** We are looking for a **Project Leader – Data Center (IBMS)** to manage end-to-end project execution of IBMS systems for data center projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. ### 🔹 **Key Responsibilities** * Lead **end-to-end execution** of IBMS projects (BMS, ELV, Security, Access Control, CCTV, FAS) in **data center environments** * Manage complete **project lifecycle** – design review, engineering, installation, commissioning, and handover * Coordinate with **clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams** * Ensure adherence to **project timelines, budget, and quality standards** * Drive **site execution planning** , resource allocation, and vendor management * Monitor project progress and handle **risk mitigation & escalation management** * Ensure compliance with **safety standards and data center protocols** * Prepare and present **project status reports** to stakeholders * Support **change management, billing milestones, and project closures** ### 🔹 **Required Skills & Experience** * 8–12 years of experience in **IBMS / ELV project execution** * Hands-on experience in **Data Center projects** is mandatory * Strong knowledge of: * **BMS / IBMS systems** * Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems * Networki
