The Manager / Senior Manager will be responsible for workplace space planning, portfolio management, and end-to-end delivery of interior works and renovation projects. The role translates business and headcount needs into practical space solutions, while ensuring workplace projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. [What you will be working on] Space Planning & Portfolio Management Partner HR and business divisions to understand headcount plans, workforce growth and workplace requirements. Monitor and analyse space needs, occupancy trends and seat utilisation across fixed and co-working seats. Develop space planning proposals to support projected headcount growth, business needs and optimal workplace utilisation. Track and optimise workplace occupancy density, while ensuring alignment with workplace safety and operational requirements. Project Management & Interior Works Manage end-to-end renovation and interior works projects, including tender procurement, budgeting, contractor management and project execution.
