At Chandos, we hire construction Project Managers & Project Directors who set the standard - technically strong, financially disciplined, and exceptional at leading people and projects. While we don’t have an open PM role today, we maintain a small, selective pipeline of individuals who genuinely align with our work, our values, and our approach to collaborative construction. Key Responsibilities * Own full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial projects (roughly $30 M+ in scope) * Oversee cradle-to-grave project delivery, including: Design review and constructability input, Estimating, budgeting (Class D, Class B, Tender) and cost control, Tendering, procurement, and contract administration, Construction sequencing, site logistics, and methodology development, Close-out, hand-off, and client transition * Manage both open CM (CCDC 5A/5B) and converted
