Full Job Description
The Projects and Data Manager advances the Jefferson County Public Library’s (JCPL) mission, vision, values and brand through the creation and oversight of system-wide approaches to project management and data. Responsibilities include managing the library’s continuous project management, research, and data analysis efforts. Builds and maintains internal and external reporting measures, manages the creation and implementation of an effective project management framework, with the goal of advancing a data-driven, results-oriented culture at JCPL. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to manage system wide projects, identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends and patterns in complex data sets. Supervises employees. Position must be familiar with laws governing patron privacy and confidentiality under CRS24-90-119, and the Code of Ethics of the American Library Association. **Job Posting Closes at 11:59PM on:** 06/08/26 **Division:** Library Division **Management Level:** Supervisor - 1st Line **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 **Benefit Eligibility:** This position is eligible for Standard Benefits which includes dental, medical, and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, retirement matching, wellness programs, and tuition reimbursement. **Description:** **Hiring Range: $74,957.85 - $97,445.21 Annually.** * Project Management and Systems Expertise: Develops and implements best in class project management standards and works adeptly across divisions, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder groups to plan, organize, lead and control deliverables within scope, budget and timeliness. Recommends, develops, implements and evaluates project management and assessment tools and processes.
