Project Management Analyst **The Opportunity:** Provide project management support to a federal energy client for research and development (R&D) programs. Work with a project team to support all aspects of the project life cycle, including project initiation, solicitation, and procurement. Monitor project performance against awards, costs, schedules, and milestones. Prepare written reports and briefs to illustrate project status and accomplishments. Coordinate and support meetings and conferences. Work in a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality output on-time and within budget. Work directly with the client to assist with developing and executing R&D projects successfully. Assist with operational analysis and procedures, draft memoranda, and participate in multiple projects. Join us. The world can't wait. **You Have:** * 3+ years of experience with program or project support to a government or R&D organization * 3+ years of experience as a Project Management Analyst, Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Scheduler, or Project Management Financial Analyst * 3+ years of experience with schedule management, project financial management, quality management, scope management, or project management * Experience using Microsoft Office * Knowledge of project management principles * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements * Bachelor's degree **Nice If You Have:** * Experience with data gathering * Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability * Possession of excellent team-oriented skills * Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification **Vetting:** Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. **Compensation** At Booz Allen, we celebrate your
