We are looking for Project Management Administrator who will provide support to Project Management team in Detect department: **YOUR CHALLENGES:** * Ensuring ongoing tracking and alignment of project KPIs. * Escalate gaps versus targets on the tasks if the Project team cannot resolve the issues at their level. * Train, coach and support PMs and PTMs to establish mature PM practices (e.g. Scheduling activity (L1 and L2)) * Ensure that L1/L2 are supported by appropriate resources / competences to meet plan done by team * Ensure robust link between L1/L2 function to avoid coordination issue or missing information to reach milestones * Support operational teams, ensuring follow-up and resolution of identified schedule improvements. * Check and validate Project Team Members’ activities and propose timing scenarios to achieve milestones * Support PMs and PTMs with administrative tasks, **LET´S TALK ABOUT YOU:** * 2–5+ years of experience in a management related role * Analytical & Reporting Skills * Excel / Google Sheets skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders * Strong organizational and coordination skills * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Exposure to portfolio reporting and governance processes is a strong advantage * Working contract for a definite period (maternity leave) **WE OFFER** * 6 weeks of vacation per year * flexible working hours and home office possibility * semester bonuses depending
