What You'll Achieve.
deliver AO27; deliver the temporary structures and services; projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification; supply chain adequacy; adherence to procurement guidelines; infrastructure is delivered and removed in accordance with agreed readiness and hand-back dates; identify variances and cost saving opportunities; all site activities meet health and safety, POPE and BPC building compliance, and quality requirements

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in major event overlay planning, infrastructure delivery, event operations, understanding of delivering temporary infrastructure projects from concept to completion, Confidence reading, interpreting, and working from design drawings, site plans, and overlay documentation, stakeholder management skills, ability to coordinate suppliers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams across a fast-paced event environment, Experience developing construction and build timelines, sound understanding of overlay sequencing and site logistics, ability to prepare clear and detailed technical scopes for procurement and contractor engagement, problem-solving skills, ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic event environment, collaborative mindset, ability to build working relationships across teams and suppliers, Highly organised, detail-focused, experience managing timelines, budgets, reporting, and competing priorities, ability to remain calm under pressure, contribute positively within a high-performing team environment, current Police Check, Working with Children Check
