What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Executed, maintained, and scaled performance marketing accounts of $100k-200K USD media spend per month at a consistently positive ROI for the client across multiple platforms at a time including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic Platforms, TikTok, Twitter, Spotify and others., Experience directly collaborating with and supporting team members to achieve project & team goals., Coached, mentored, or trained people before, helping them reach their career development goals., Advanced analytical skills and experience using data visualization tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau or similar platforms to pull, sort, analyze and draw insight from ad platforms, analytics, and / or business intelligence tools., Built your own dashboards before, or automated some manual reporting to make it more efficient., Managed performance media across a range of business verticals and sizes (ecommerce, lead gen, etc), and have been responsible for leading projects end-to-end, including delegation to more junior team members., Successfully managed and grown client relationships via weekly touchpoint meetings and asynchronous communication, and were able to make strategic recommendations that helped grow their business in the form of quarterly planning meetings or similar.
